Nature of the business

Bena Pets is an online retailer of accessories for pets. We hold no physical inventory. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our logistics partner, CJ Dropshipping, from its warehouses. We are the merchant of record for every transaction on this site and remain responsible to you for the contract of sale, delivery and any remedy owed to you.

Our business is established in Ecuador and we sell to customers in the United States. This is disclosed openly so that you know who you are buying from and where from before you order.

Content published on this site, including product descriptions, buying guides and any blog articles, is provided for general information only.
